Ordered land tour with accommodation at Gold Coast with them. Good worth of money (cheaper than self plan). The trip was smooth, and no issue with us in all transfers and theme park entrance etc. Helpful and prompt staff. Was contacted via email by them initially after i submitted the enquiry on Tripzilla. Competitive price with good service.

When I buy tickets on skyscanner, if Giamso is one of the options, even if its slightly more expensive, I would pick them because my experience with their efficiency and friendliness is good. Yesterday I received an email that my flight on China Eastern for 25 Feb has been cancelled due to the Wuhan virus. They are requesting my agreement to a refund. Of course I agreed. 1 biz day later - today - I received information from my bank credit card that they are processing the refund from Giamso. My friends who booked with another online company havent even heard a word about their flight and relevant refunds. Kudos to Giamso for your efficiency and customer service. 😍

I have booked a trip to KL and I have received the booking reference from Giamso via email. Unfortunately there is no check in function available in Giamso website and it frightened me in a bit as I need to fly on the very next day. What made my day was Giamso has gave me a very quick respond (I sent the enquiries in the midnight and I got the reply on the next morning 10am++), I able to check in & have a pleasant return journey as well with the check in details provided for different airlines. The customer services impressed me with the prompt reply and gave me a good impression after all!

Heard from some friends that Giamso has been in the market for the longest time, some over 40 years. Decided to book my air tickets with confidence through Grace and, can't let you all know how amazing she is!
