Reminders

• Each ticket includes admission to SkyHelix and choice of a standard non-alcoholic drink or souvenir
• Redemption points for non-alcoholic beverage is at SkyHelix Snack Bar and souvenir is at Singapore Cable Car Gift Shop Imbiah Lookout. Redemption of beverage / souvenir must be done on the same day of the visit
• Exchange OPEN-DATED tickets at MFL ticketing counter for preferred timeslot (Subject to seat availability)
• DATED tickets are available. Kindly inform your guest to arrive on time for their booked timeslot
• Last boarding for booked time slot will be 15 minutes before the end of the hourly timeslot. Boarding will come on a first- come-first-served basis within the allocated timeslot

[Safety Guidelines]

• Guests must be 1.05 m or above in height to experience the ride
• Guests between 1.05 and 1.2 m in height or 12 years old and below may take the ride only if accompanied by a supervising adult
• The ride is not suitable for:
  – Expectant mothers
  – Guests with a fear of heights
  – Guests with limited mobility
• Animals and pets are not allowed on the ride
• The ride isn’t recommended for guests who are unwell or have existing conditions such as motion sickness or vertigo
• Loose clothing and handheld devices such as selfie sticks and mobile phones are to be properly secured at all times during the ride
• The following items aren’t permitted on the ride:
  – Hats and bags
  – Sharp objects such as umbrellas
  – Items made of glass
  – Outside food and drinks

[Safe Management Measures]

• SkyHelix Sentosa will only accept fully vaccinated guests
• Unvaccinated children ages 12 and below may take the ride only if accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult
• The SafeEntry check-in is mandatory upon entering the attraction
• The maximum group size is capped at 2 guests
• At least a one-meter distance must be maintained between groups
• Hand sanitizers are available at the attraction for guests to use
• Guests are allowed to remove their masks in the gondola only when consuming drinks or snacks
• The gondola table is cleaned and disinfected after each ride
• Gondola seats are cleaned and disinfected twice daily
